Job Description

TAGHEER has submitted proposals to organizations working for each of the following sectors. We are committed to engaging Subject Matter Experts in potential research assignments and evaluations. Therefore, this “Call for CV” is to collect the resumes of Afghan Experts interested to work with us in the below sectors. After you submit your CV, we will reach out to the eligible candidates.

Duties to perform

• Lead and supervise the local TAGHEER team in the field and report on progress / challenges
• Lead stakeholders’ identification and listing local beneficiaries within his / her sector
• Locate the available literature and perform literature review to guide tools development
• Tools / questionnaire adaptation according to the Afghanistan’s context
• Perform high level interviews and share notes
• Share and communicate project activities via Ppts, reports, and through meetings with clients

Required Qualification

• Minimum Education
  • Bachelor / Master degree in the relevant fields above or at minimum a degree in social science, business administration / management, and monitoring & evaluation

• Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant fields above for a Master degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant fields above for a Bachelor degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the relevant fields above for a Ph.D. scholar
  • Local knowledge of their sector from the above list in Afghanistan is a must

• Skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, and one of the local languages (Pashto / Dari)
  • Computer literate
  • Data analysis skills is a plus
